Mission Statement
Provides Center level training support for all
civilian employees. We provide management
advisory services to managers, supervisors, and
employees regarding training and education, and
assist managers and supervisors in identifying
efficient and economical ways to meet training
needs and requirements.
We plan, prepare, manage, and administer AF
training funds allocated from HQ AF to meet OOALC
prioritized training requirements, prepare
and distribute the installation training guide (ITG),
develop and present the Annual Installation
Training Plan (AITP), provide career
development counseling, and manage and
administer civilian career development and
executive leadership programs.
Our office assists employees in obtaining selected training and education through AFIT, AETC,
DAU, local universities, colleges, other government agencies, and contractors/vendors. We
establish and maintain employee training records and documents and evaluate training
programs to ensure effectiveness and reliability of training sources.
We manage and schedule the Leadership Development Training (LDT) program, oversee
development and sustainment of assigned training plans, i.e. Civilian Training Plans (CTP),
Formal Training Plans (FTP), etc., provide partnership information on SCEP, Co Op, and other
local training programs, and provide localized training for mandatory supervisory and center
level training requirements. Our goal is to provide our customers with superior customer service
and timely quality training.
