Education Services and Military Training Mission Statement
Provide training management advisory services.
Identify and implement efficient and economical
ways to meet training needs and requirements.
Manage and administer career development
programs and executive leadership programs.
Assist employees in obtaining selected training
and education through AFIT, AETC, DAU, and
local universities, colleges, other government
agencies and contractors/vendors.
Plan, prepare, manage and administer allocated
training funds. Provide educational opportunities
to support individual professional development.
Provide service members assistance and support in obtaining additional skills and knowledge to
effectively perform their duty assignments.
Ensure military skill development is accomplished through a set of career patterns that involves
various combinations of formal training, on-the-job training and professional military education.
Evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness and reliability of training sources.
