Family Fitness Room
The Family Fitness Room (located in the Hess Fitness Center) is offered as a convenience for Fitness Center patrons so children are not exposed to dangerous adult exercise equipment, while affording parents an opportunity to receive a quality fitness workout.
The Air Force and its employees do not assume responsibility for children in the FamilyFitness Room or the Fitness Center. Please
limit workout to 30 mins.
