HAPKIDO-The art of kicking and punching in a controlled enviroment focusing on self-disipline, self-defense, and self-control.

TAE KWON DO- Taekwondo is a world popular Korean martial art with focus on self discipline, self defense, and self control.  Students learn the art of kicking and punching in a controlled environment that builds an increasing spirit in life through training body and mind.  Taekwondo can provide the necessary training to overcome the extremely life changing situations.  Classes are offered for children and adults.

HAIDONG GUMDO- Haidong Gumdo is a Korean sword art which draws from battlefieldtactics and techniques to build a curriculum for mental, physical and spiritual develop.m.ent. Students learn forms, step drills, sitting and standing meditation, sparring as well as bamboo and straw cutting.  Haidong is for all ages and all skill levels.  Powerful, complex and beautiful, Haidong Gumdo is a wonderful martial arts style that can be pursued throughout a person's life. JUDO SPORT- Judo in an Olympic Sport contested using throwing; pinning, choking, and arm lock techniques. Similar to wrestling, JUDO matches are fought according to age and weight classes for both junior and senior athletes. Along with throwing and grappling techniques JUDO also trains decision making and problem solving skills and has great all around fitness conditioning while promoting self-confidence, focus, and leadership. JUDO is the most widely practiced martial art worldwide and also ranks as the second most popular sport in the world, 2nd only to soccer. JUDO is an individual sport that uses team concepts. Individual and/ or team competitive and training opportunities exist year round and will challenge all levels of experience.
