  • 20' and under is $12 a month or $30 a quarter or $120 a year
  • 20' and bigger is $17 a month or $45 a quarter or $180 a year

Outdoor Recreation RIDING STABLES has some stalls open.

  • This self-help facility is located on the west side of the base.
  • This facility features 20 enclosed stalls with an attached 14x28 foot run, 2 large turn-outs/arenas, 2 round corrals, and 10 paddocks.
  • There is an additional quarantine pen for new members.
  • Monthly membership fee for boarding is $75 and includes 8 bales of alfalfa or grass hay.
  • Owners are required to feed their horses twice each day and clean stalls daily.
  • No rental horses.
  • The Hill AFB Veterinarian requires all horses to be vaccinated and have a current negative coggins. New horses are required to show documentation of vaccinations current within 6 months and must undergo a 10-day quarantine under the supervision of the Veterinarian. All shots must be completed 10 days prior to entering quarantine.
  • Utah offers some of the best horseback riding in the country. There are many indoor arenas in the local area as well as a variety of back-country trails within 30 minutes of the base.

Family Child Care

Got Kids? We have space! FCC is Proven, Practical, and Safe. Providers undergo stringent licensing requirements. FCC offers in-home care for your children ages 2-12 years. The Family Child Care Program accepts children with chronic health problems including HIV-positive children, for care and employs persons and approved individuals IAW 34-276 with chronic health problems including HIV-positive.

  • 2 are available for use at Centennial Park: Bouncy Gator and Bouncy Castle
  • Rental fee is $75 per day for 1 bouncy toy or $130 per day for 2 bouncy toys ($50 deposit in addition—will be returned once toys are returned in good condition)
  • These are for use at Centennial Park ONLY—there is no fee to rent the park but there is a cleaning deposit for each pavilion ($25 for big pavilion, $15 for each small pavilion—returned if cleaned)
  • Outdoor Recreation has a small Bouncy Castle for rent for $40 per day—may be taken off base

General Information
  • Age limit for shooting-recommend the shooter understand the 10 commandments of shooting and be able to handle a shotgun without the aid of a parent-SAFETY IS KEY
  • The club has a 5-stand Sporting Clay Course and International Wobble Trap
  • Planned Fun-shoots are posted inside the Club
  • We have 5 Browning rental shotguns available with instruction
  • Club membership dues are $30 for first-time members with an annual renewal of $25
  • Price per round (25 clays) is $3.25 for members and $3.75 for nonmembers (shooting cards are available which make rounds even cheaper)

SCUBA lessons are open to all active duty military, retired military, DoD civilians, and their families. One class includes five two-hour sessions held twice a week. Cost is $175 per student plus $55 for the purchase of a PADI Open Water Manual. Individuals within the same family need only purchase one manual. Every third Saturday of each month, there will be a Discover SCUBA Class from 9a.m. to 12p.m. for only $10 per person. For more information, please call 777-3471 or 589-6517.

NAF Surplus Sales Store - Looking for one-of-a-kinds, scratch & dent fixtures and furniture?  Furniture, dishes, recreational equipment, computers and more!  Check-out the Services Nonappropriated Fund Sales Store in Building 820, Bay A. Surplus property is a bargain and arrives frequently.  The sales store is open every Thursday from noon to 3pm.  Anyone with base access is invited to take advantage of these bargains.  Cash, check and credit cards are welcome.  All items should be taken when purchased.  For more information, please call 777-9495.

Got an announcement to make?

The electric marquee can get the word out for you.  Messages can be placed on the sign for base events as well as personal messages and greetings.  Rates are $10 per day. Messages cannot be of an off-base or commercial nature.  Other policies regarding messages may apply.  A letter of instruction is available and messages are placed through the Information, Tickets and Travel Office, Bldg 150.  For more information, please call the Marketing & Publicity Office at 775-2084.

Fundraisers: By order of the 75th Air Base Wing Commander, due to the drought situation throughout the intermountain region, there will be no organizational Car Wash Fundraisers approved until further notice. Thank you.

Need a place to host an event?

Log Cabin - The log cabin, building 804, is located on 11th street, between the south gate and truck gate.  It can be reserved for special functions or parties and can accommodate approximately 60 people comfortably.  Reservations can be made two months in advance at Outdoor Recreation. Nominal user fee and cleaning/key deposit.

Centennial Park - Centennial Park is located west of the south gate.  Call Outdoor Recreation between Jan 1st and park closure in November for reservations.  User fee and cleaning/key deposit required.
