How to Apply
External Applicants:
__Complete Optional Form 612, "Optional Application for Federal Employment" and Optional Form 306, "Declaration for Federal Employment." If you wish to apply for more than one position, please complete a separate Optional Form 612 and Optional Form 306 for each position. Describe your work background, specifically related experience. Resumes may be attached. If you are applying for a position within the Child Development Center or Youth Center where you will be working with children under the age of 18, you will also need to complete the Child and Youth Application Supplement. A copy of your high school diploma or equivalent is required at the time your application is submitted. Please specify on the OF 612 if you are interested in the Youth Center or Child Development Center. If you are interested in both Centers, then you must submit two separate applications.
Internal Applicants:
__Complete Air Force Form 2550, “NAF Application for Promotion or Other Position Change.” Resumes may be attached. If you are applying for a position within Child Development Center or Youth Center where you will be working with children under the age of 18, you will also need to complete the Child and Youth Application Supplement. A copy of your high school diploma or equivalent is required at the time your application is submitted. Please specify on the Air Force Form 2550 if you are interested in the Youth Center or Child Development Center. If you are interested in both Centers, then you must submit two separate applications.
