Checkout one of the best equipped Wood Shops in the Air Force - We offer a variety of tools and equipment to assist in completing wood projects. The Wood Shop also sells select hard woods and veneered plywood.
Wood Shop Hours of Operation
Closed Sunday - Thursday and on Holidays and AFMC Family Days
Friday 2:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.
Saturday 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Wood Shop Fees
Use Fee $5.00 / Hour
Abrasive Discs (Sandpaper) 50¢
Planer 35¢ per running foot
Sander 35¢ per running foot
Biscuit 20¢ per running foot
Certification Course
$5.00 per student
Official Squadron Projects Free Equipment Certification class/card.
Use Fee - $5.00 / Hour
An AF Form 1451 (Equipment Certification Card) is required prior to using the power tools. Equipment certification classes are provided every Friday 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

RULES
No entry under the age of 16 unless supervised by an adult at all times.
You are required to sign in at the wood shop office before entering work area.
Safety glasses and ear protection are required at all times.
You are required to clean the area that you used before checking out.
Clean up starts a half hour prior to closing
